Ingredienti
1 kilo leg of lamb, olive oil or lard, garlic, 1 branch of rosemary, salt to taste, 1 cup broth
Preparazione
Brown meat in lard or oil with the rosemary; add salt and garlic (then remove it) and pour the proth. Slow cook in a clay pot and cover it, until the meat is soft. Serve with peas or mushrooms.
