Ingredienti
1,5 liter of grappa, 100 lemon beebrush leaves, 300 gr. sugar, 5 lemons with edible peel (only the zest)
Preparazione
The best leaves are the ones picked during the late Spring. Add all the ingredients to grappa and let them rest for a couple weeks, far from direct sunlight.
Strain out all of the solids. Just leave a sprig of herb in the bottle to give a personal touch to your digestif.
