Ingredienti
Batter: 80 gr. starch, 125 gr. sugar, 3 eggs
Filling: Nutella, fresh whipped cream, wildberries
Preparazione
In a large bowl beat the egg yolks with the sugar, whip the egg whites to a froth and with a spoon add the starch to the froth.
Pour your batter into a tin, bake it for ten minutes in a preheated oven to 150° until it starts to brown.
Let the cake cool completely and spread on it chocolate or whipped cream with or without wildberries…then gently roll the mixture. Keep refrigerated until serving.
