Ingredienti
2 or 3 green figs for each person, soft cheese or ricotta, peppere, raw ham in thick slices, marjoram
Preparazione
Peel your figs and quarter vertically without completely cutting them; mince the ham and mix it with the cheese and pepper plus the chopped maggiorana. Fill the figs with mixture and keep refrigerated for some hours. They taste delicious.
